What About the Teacher? A Critical Interpretive Synthesis on Literature Describing Music Therapist/Teacher Consultation in Schools

Che dire dell'insegnante? Una sintesi interpretativa critica sulla letteratura che descrive i programmi di supporto degli insegnanti di musicoterapia
Questo articolo è una sintesi interpretativa critica della letteratura relativa al supporto dell'insegnante di musicoterapia. Le descrizioni dei musicoterapisti che forniscono supporto agli insegnanti sono state identificate in 40 pubblicazioni e soggette a un processo di interrogazione critica. Attraverso questo processo, sono state identificate tre tensioni con un potenziale impatto negativo sul sostegno degli insegnanti ai risultati derivati dall'esperienza di supporto. Questi includevano la questione di un focus prevalente sugli studenti piuttosto che sugli insegnanti, una tensione di fondo fra descrizioni di istruzione e terapia, e mancanza di intenzioni di apprendimento guidato degli insegnanti. Nell'articolo discutiamo il passaggio dall'attenzione per le esigenze degli studenti all'assistenza degli insegnanti, rivolta a massimizzare le possibilità di ottenere risultati che saranno sostenuti nei futuri programmi di supporto per musicoterapisti. Inoote, proponiamo di ampliare l'ambito del supporto del musicoterapista nelle scuole per allinearlo meglio al ruolo professionale degli insegnanti.
