Effects of Therapist Positioning within Patient Preferred Live Music on Positive and Negative Affect, Pain, and Trust in the Therapist with Adults on a Cardiovascular Unit: A Three-Group Randomized Pilot Effectiveness Study

目的:这项随机先导研究的目的是确定PPLM中治疗师的姿势对心血管科的正面和负面情绪、疼痛和对治疗师的信任的影响。方法:将参与者(N = 27)随机分配到三个单次治疗组之一:治疗师坐着提供PPLM,治疗师站着提供PPLM或控制等待组。积极和消极的情绪通过全球情绪量表(Global Mood Scale)进行评估,疼痛通过10个点的李克特量表(Likert scale)进行评估,对治疗师的信任度通过Wake Forest Physician Trust Scale量表进行评估。
