An Ethnographic Exploration of Action Learning in an International Music Exchange Project

摘要
文章追溯了八年来“音乐与复原力”的发展历程,这是一个在黎巴嫩的巴勒斯坦NGO组织和一个意大利CBO之间的国际合作项目。目的是与黎巴嫩难民社区,为黎巴嫩难民社区建立音乐资源。在民族志学、社会学、心理学和社区音乐教育学的认识论支持下,本文作为对特定地缘政治和社会背景的多层次的有机体导向的回应,叙述和分析了该项目的发展,在这种情况下持续的监测和评估为项目的“基调”作出必要的“调整”。通过运用社会变迁理论(Theory of Social Change)框架下的行动学习法(Action Learning)范式,作者借鉴《音乐与韧性》所激发的经验和研究,找出一些与跨文化合作总体相关的“基本点”。
