音楽療法
児童福祉施設における参加型アプローチとトラウマインフォームドケアとの間の橋渡

児童福祉領域での音楽療法の興味は高まりつつあるにも関わらず、ノルウェーではこうした状況での音楽療法実践はいまだに研究されていない。本稿では、出発点としてコミュニティ音楽療法の実践を取り上げる。我々は、4つの異なる児童福祉施設から30~55歳のソーシャルワーカー9名にインタビューし、心の健康と発達を促進するためのアプローチとして音楽療法の長所と短所に関する意見を聴取した。音楽療法の利点に関する情報提供者の意見は、以下の4つの主要テーマにまとめられた。状況を超えたa)安全とウェルビーイング、b)関係性と熟達、c)複雑な感情を扱う、d)持続性と安定性。調査結果によると、音楽療法にまつわるソーシャルワーカーの考えは、トラウマインフォームドケアや参加のような児童福祉の問題と一致していると示唆された。
訳注)トラウマインフォームドケア:メンタルヘルス面を支援する上で、その子が過去にどんなトラウマを体験し、どのようなトラウマ症状が生じているのかを知り、トラウマがその子の人生にどういった影響を及ぼしているのかを明らかにした上でケアを提供するアプローチ。
